 I love the pixilated look of MS paint and those online oekaki BBS boards XD Haveing that kind of control on the tablet its proveing very difficult for me however. I figure ill learn to draw nicely with pencial before serieously learning to draw on the computer though

 I have to agree the jagged pixels on the ears do make for a nice effect.   Really great job on the picture. ^^ I just adore when you use MS Paint on this one, too.

Critiques
The picture looks somehow pixelated but I guess that is to be expected,since you done this using a Paint..I can found almost zero flaw in this picture..perhaps only some minor things like the finger position holding the plate that looks somehow ankward,and the tail that actualy coming out from the bottom of her skirt..(I used to think that the tail of the cat girl is positioned outside the skirt,not inside of it...)
but then as I said,that just a minor things..overall,this is already a Job well done.
